Montecito is located in Fremont and serves five individuals with developmental disabilities and intensive medical needs.
This home was developed based on the SB962 legislation, a Senate Bill allowing individuals with nursing needs to reside in their own home with supports such as 24-hour nursing. Alegria has also hired a Director of Health Services who will be overseeing the medical services for residents and training of our team. Residents will have the opportunity to receive in home day programming and will have access to massage, music, movement, speech, OT/PT, and other appropriate therapies.
