Dax was born and raised in the country of Philippines. He migrated to the US in 1998. His first job was a caregiver in a care home, and then he gained more experience working in the Healthcare field. He also went to CNA school and received his certification.

He worked as a CNA for almost a decade until he was accepted as a DSP in Alegria Community Living, which was in 2014. Since then, he has been with the Alegria Family for over 10 years, and he became the Lead Staff of Sandbeach Home. He has always been dedicated and passionate with his job, most especially with supporting the Residents whom he treated as family.

Through all of his experiences, he developed skills that helped him connect and build good relationships with the Residents and also the Staff that he works with, but still always willing to learn new things to make the lives of the Residents more enjoyable and fun.

In his free time, he plays a lot of basketball and loves to travel around when he can.
