With more than 16 years of experience in accounting and finance roles and more than 14 years specially in the Non‐profit sectors, Manisha developed the financial management, accounting and monitoring skill and is passionate about delivering quality output on overall financial processes.

She started her career in Feb 2005 as an Assistant in Accounts in College then entered into the Nonprofit sector in March 2006 as Finance & Admin Assistant. She took the role of Finance Officer – Partner, monitoring and support in International non‐government organization in February 2010 and worked till February 2017 after which she moved to US. Here she got the opportunity to work in Transbay Joint Power Authority (a government project) in March 2019. In April 2021, she started as an Accounting temp with Alegria Community living and was later appointed as a Bookkeeper starting September 2021. She holds the Master degree in business studies.

She enjoys her work with Alegria having the opportunity to work in the same field, use her expertise and learn new things in a good working environment. Besides these, dancing is her passion since childhood and she loves spending time in the nature and with her family and friends.
