Claudia Silva has two decades of nonprofi t management experience, specializing in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). She has held key leadership roles overseeing programs and operations, focusing on program development, quality assurance, and staff development with prominent organizations across the San Francisco Bay Area. Claudia’s background in strategic planning, fi nancial oversight, and operational effi ciency has driven impactful initiatives and built strong, eff ective teams. She holds a Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development from Sonoma State University and is a certifi ed Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) Trainer. Claudia is passionate about advocating for best practices to ensure individuals with IDD are fully integrated into their communities and empowered to live independent, fulfi lling lives.
A former Board member of the Sonoma County Independent Living Skills (SCILS) Agency, Claudia has also contributed to strategic planning and policy development.
Outside of work, she enjoys the ocean, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
