Claudia SilvaExecutive Director

Claudia Silva brings over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a focus on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). She has led programs and operations across the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in program development, quality assurance, and staff advancement.

Claudia holds a Master’s in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development from Sonoma State University and is a certified Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) Trainer. Her strengths in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational efficiency have driven meaningful impact and built high-performing teams.

A former Board member of the Sonoma County Independent Living Skills (SCILS) Agency, Claudia has contributed to organizational strategy and policy development. She is deeply committed to advancing best practices that promote inclusion, independence, and quality of life for individuals with IDD.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys the ocean, hiking, yoga, and time with her family.
